Please join us on Wednesday evening for an informational meeting to learn about how you can become a fully qualified Fletcher Pilates instructor. Fletcher Pilates Preparatory Course
This 30-hour preparatory course is designed to give students an overview of the Fletcher Pilates syllabus, from a student's point of view. Based on Ron Fletcher's philosophy of "knowing movement in the body", the Program Overview encourages experiencing each piece of movement before learning to teach it.
Classes are held each Saturday afternoon at our central studio.
