To initiate your Body Works Pilates program, we invite you stop by or call to schedule an appointment to tour either studio and meet the staff. We very much look forward to answering your questions and to helping you determine the right path to achieve your goals.
Private Session Path: Our private Pilates sessions incorporate the full range of Pilates studio apparatus and are each designed and adapted specifically to your physical needs, and to meet your specific goals. Upon completing an initial package of 10 or 20 private sessions, you may opt to continue with privates or take a combination of private and COREtet sessions (see below).
COREtet Session Path: Experience the energy of a small group with the personal attention of a semi-private studio session through our signature COREtet sessions. To maintain the ideal learning environment, each COREtet session is limited to four participants and is taught on a wide variety of Pilates studio apparatus. Gather your ideal foursome, or let us assemble a COREtet for you. Prerequisite: COREtet Prep (3 private sessions).
To complement your Pilates program, Group Class and Therapeutic Massage programs are also available at our central studio. Group classes build stamina and endurance and Massage and Shiatsu sessions help you achieve ultimate physical fitness.
No matter your path, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week to establish consistency and maximize benefits and goals. Standing sessions are strongly recommended.
