The 20th of this month marks the first day of Spring!
I love this time of year and truly believe that spring is the ideal time to make New Year’s resolutions. It’s the time for a fresh start. It’s almost impossible to make a lifestyle change when the days are shorter and it’s colder outside. Energetically, winter is a time to be cozy and maintain. Spring is the time to renew/refresh/restart.
Spring marks nature’s renewal and is the perfect time to internalize and realize a REAL resolution. Let’s not focus on slimming down, stopping a behavior, or starting another. Instead, let’s focus on renewal of our vitality, strength, energy, and self-confidence.
From our food choices, to our hobbies, to our moment-to-moment movement patterns and mindfulness practices, resolve to make every action count toward your own personal renewal.
