Pilates Party
The ultimate way to introduce your team or special group to Pilates. These 90-minute events are taught on studio Pilates equipment, by our expert teaching staff.

Our private Pilates sessions are designed to meet and exceed your specific goals and expectations. You will work one-on-one with one of our expert teachers to ensure you continuously progress forward. We offer both in-person and virtual private sessions. A la carte sessions start at just $80.
